We will spend the day making our own Crystal Essences. Getting to know the right crystal to use. Working with Chakra points and dowsing, Contraindications.Meditations and Journeying.
Bring a note pad and pen, your favourite crystals as we will build a Crystal alter.
Lunch to share and a blanket.
Cost £35 includes materials.
