I was raised in Skokie, Ill. and went to school and worked on both coasts. I have live in St. Louis Park for eighteen years. My personality is like a mellow New Yorker. My passion is yoga, fine dinning, good wine, theater, and walking around the lakes. I have my own business as a massage therapist. I use touch and dialog. I practice tantric yoga, a little weight training, and daily walking. I am extremely strong minded and at the same time easy going. I am definitely a character, because I am very spiritual as well as physical in a non-religious way.

I have worked with a diverse clientele throughout the United States, bringing over 34 years of experience in teaching exercise, 30 years in Eastern and Western bodywork and massage, and 17 years in process body-centered therapy to you. My ability to blend structural bodywork with energy work is unique. Since the early 90's, my practice has evolved from giving structurally based medical treatments to therapeutic Kundalini Tantric sessions.
