One very good book is titled “Black Elk Speaks” about a Lakota medicine man who was the medicine man for his people. Very eye opening for those interested in the old ways of the Sioux people. A lot of it can be put into ones own practice in today’s world. But no matter what one gets from any book the key to inner peace both in spirit and mind lies with in each one of us. Some only need help to follow their life map to find it and unlock the door. -
