Hi, I am a psychic writer, who so far has not published anything other than a few blogs, but this will change. I like to take my time, and give my Angel guides time to get everything right. I will not be releasing my work until I receive my instructions.
Although I do not have time to do very much on the sites, as my work takes most of my available energy, I am pleased to be a member of the Spirit Bond Psychic Network.
It is good to gain insight into the many ways people all over the world are exploring spirituality and using their psychic gifts for the benefit of others.
It warms me to feel at one with so many, and may your numbers continue to grow!

One does learn ever so much about self through one’s writing and indeed this sneaks in quite unexpectedly. You really have us intrigued about the book you are so secretively writing. However, as you know, that is the very best way to keep all the energy humming in your content. From the way you wind out your profile to how the book is creating “you” we are sure you are a master plot layer. We will be so interested as soon as you are ready with your big reveal!! I made a mistake on the amount of flour..it is 1 and 3/4 cup not 1 and 2/4...lol.....
Jeff’s’ Banana Bread recipe
2 eggs...1 cup of pulp...1/2 cup of oil....1/2 cup of water....1 1/2 cup of sugar....1 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour....1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder....3 teaspoons of cinnamon.....1/2 cup of.....white raisins, chopped almonds, dates, shredded coconut.
Combine sugar, eggs, water, pulp, oil..mix..then add dry stuff....
Bake at..350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Or at 325 degrees for 1 ½ - 2 hours....
